When you join the Sal email list, we collect the email address you provide. If you use the chat, that signup also gives you access to Sal. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can reply.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

We use email-list signups to send occasional updates about SÍ PUEDES, future books, release news, and related announcements. Contact-form messages are used only to reply and do not add you to the email list. We do not sell or rent your email address.

CONTACT DELIVERY

Contact-form messages are sent through SendGrid to our contact inbox. They include the name, email address, and message you provide. We keep them only as long as needed to reply and maintain reasonable records; you can ask for removal in your message or by replying to an email from us.

YOUR CHOICE

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email from us. You can also ask us to remove your address. Unsubscribing does not affect your ability to visit the site.

THE CHAT

Your conversation with Sal is not stored or tied to your email address. The site may keep limited anonymous operational information, such as message counts and whether a safety flag was triggered, so we can protect and maintain the service.

ANALYTICS

With your explicit permission, the site uses Google Analytics and a small first-party traffic summary to understand visits and campaign performance. You can decline or change that choice using Privacy Choices. Analytics does not receive your email address or chat messages.

QUESTIONS OR REMOVAL

If you want your address removed, reply to any email from us or use its unsubscribe link. We will update or delete the signup record as appropriate.
